Refund: I am an elective therapist, which means that the billing takes place separately after each individual therapy unit in cash or by Card.
You will receive a receipt for every payment. At the end of the
therapy series, I will give you an invoice for the total costs. In order to get some of the therapy costs reimbursed by the health insurance company, you have to submit my fee note together with the approved prescription in the original, or alternatively by email, fax or online, to your health insurance company. As with submitting an elective doctor's bill, you will be reimbursed the cash portion to your account. Due to the variety of reimbursement guidelines and health insurances, I am unfortunately unable to make a general binding statement about the amount of your deductible. I ask you to contact your health insurance provider in this regard before starting therapy. The remaining costs can possibly be covered by private health or accident insurance. The remaining non-refundable amounts can in some cases be claimed in the course of the annual tax return as "exceptional charges".
regulation:The prescription certificate for physiotherapy must be issued by the family doctor or specialist (e.g. orthopedist). The prescription must indicate the type, number and length of the treatments to be performed, as well as the diagnosis. The ideal prescription would be 45 min. Physiotherapy and 15 min. Partial massage. The prescription must be approved by the head physician before the first treatment with your health insurance company. Please note that the originally prescribed number and / or length of the treatments to be carried out can be reduced with the approval of the chief physician.

all available current and relevant findings (e.g. X-ray or MRI images, discharge report from the hospital, etc.) as well as the prescription certificate.

can be canceled before the agreed appointment by phone or via the website so that there is enough time to assign other patients. Otherwise, I ask for your understanding that the therapy costs will be invoiced in full.
